Picolo JOS CHRONICLES - Episode 2

Picolo heard one could get a bus from Enugu, where he resided, to Jos at ENTRACO Park. Some other transport companies also plied the same route but those who had gone for the same kind of registration said ENTRACO was what they used. ENTRACO was short for Enugu Transport Company. It was Wednesday December 20th and most of his mates, in the office, who intended registering for the same program, had already gone with people from other agencies and offices to Jos, 2 months earlier. He didn't meet up with that arrangement because he was unable to raise enough funds. He needed to be at the park very early. Possibly by 6am. He was to get to Old Park and then take another bus or keke (tricycle cab) to ENTRACO Park which was at New Market. He got to Old Park around 6:30am and picked a keke. "Please take me to ENTRACO." The keke man said "isn't it the one at New Market? that is N200" "But that's too much, it's not even far from here" said Picolo. But because he was already running late and didn't have much time to argue, he hopped in. On getting to New Market, they were unable to locate the Park...

Picolo bin hear say pesin fit get bus from Enugu, where im dey live go Jos for ENTRACO Park. E get oda motor pipol dem wey dey follow the same road but im office pipol wey don waka dis kain waka say na ENTRACO dem follow. Wetin ENTRACO mean na Enugu Transport Company. Most of Picolo mate dem from office and oda places don go do dem own registration since 2 months wey don pass but im bin nor fit follow dem bcos of money mata. Na dis Wednesday December 20th im wan go im own. Him don plan as im go dey park dat morning by 6am. But bcos im nor quick wake, na around 6:30 im reach Old Park. Im com stop keke man to cary am from dia reach the park. "Oga na two hundred I go take carry you reach dia, ENTRACO for New Market o" na so the man talk. Im com ansaram say "shuo, e nor supos reach like dat na, de place nor far". But as time no dey, im enta like dat. Wahala wey com later dey be say wen dem reach New Market, dem no fit locate de ENTRACO Park....
