How is NABARD Grade A different from NABARD Grade B?
NABARD Grade A is different from NABARD Grade B in many aspects like:

The most basic difference is that NABARD Grade A is “Assistant Manager” and NABARD Grade B is “Manager”.

NABARD Grade A Syllabus. It consists of:
Phase 1
In the NABARD Grade B Phase 1, only 1 Paper is conducted which consists of 200 marks comprising of:

NABARD GRADE A
Basic pay of NABARD Grade A Officers
NABARD Assistant Managers (Grade A post) have a basic salary of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of 28150-1550(4) -34350-1750(7) – 46600 –EB - 1750(4)- 53600-2000(1)-55600.
In-Hand Salary of NABARD Grade A Officers
At present, initial monthly gross emoluments stand at approximately Rs.61,000/- p.m.
Perks and Allowances of NABARD Grade A Officer
- Bank’s accommodation subject to availability.
- Reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of the vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, book grant, allowance for the furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility.
- Free dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/ hospitalization as per eligibility.
- Interest-free festival advance, Leave Travel Concession (once in two years for self, spouse and eligible dependents).
- Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education of children, Consumer articles, Personal computer, etc.
- Candidates selected for the post will be governed by “the defined contribution to the New Pension Scheme (NPS)” in addition to the benefits of Gratuity and Optional Group Term Insurance Plan.
- At certain centers, the limited number of residential quarters are available. Facility for securing residential accommodation on lease, however, exists at all centers.
NABARD GRADE B
Basic Pay of NABARD Grade B Officer
NABARD Grade B Officers have a basic salary of35150/- p.m. within the scale of 35150 - 1750 (9) - 50900 - EB - 1750(2) - 54400 - 2000 (4) - 62400.
Salary of NABARD Grade B Officer
At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments stand at approximately Rs.66,864/- p.m.
