Contest; Myths & Legends week 4
Hello as always thanking © @nymia.aryn. for your interesting and appropriate contest. Today I bring you the legend of the Xkeban and the Xtabentun flower, which tells the story of two sisters of great beauty... One of them, known as the "sinner", and the other as the "good woman"... The first Xkeban was despised because she gave herself to love for every living being (this made her a sinner) and protected the unprotected. The second was appreciated by the people, but in the interior it was rigid and incapable of loving its fellow men.
When Xkeban died in his tomb, a unique flower called the Xtabentun Flower blooms, by virtue of the sweetly intoxicating flower, as his love and passion once did. While the tzacam flower, a cactus with thorns, sprouts in the tomb of Utz-Colel.
