Atlantis - The Destruction

in #myth7 years ago (edited)

Hello my Steemit friends and armchair archaeologists. Today we look at the destruction of the civilizations of the Maya, Inca, Aztec, and Anasazi. Using the internet we have gone on a quest to understand the civilizations that were here on the North and South American Continents ignored by most contemporary theories and we want to include this information in our own knowledge as we search for the truth our our own existence and the true history of humanity.
Destruction 1
Mayann God of Destruction - Ah Mun

A death cult arose in each of these civilizations, like the necromongers of Riddick, the Followers of Set in Ancient Egypt, or the absurdity of Planned Parenthood in the United States. The people in charge wanted this to happen and they encouraged it. Some did not but then the calamities started.

Destruction -2
There was war.

Destruction 3
Quetzalcoatyl - God of Destruction

Destruction 4
Xipe_Totec - God of Torture and Sacrifice

Destruction 5
Mayan Calendar - continual predictions of doom.

Destruction 6
Floods and volcanoes recorded. Many people do not realize how wonderful our weather has been, especially the lack of large meteors strikes.

Destruction 7
Meteor Crater in Arizona - It can happen and there can be air bursts as well. Remember Chelyabinsk, Russia. Meteorites can also come from volcanoes and those meteorites litter the land of Utah. Some of the rocks shot out of volcanoes are really big. It would be a nasty artillery barrage that would shake the foundations of the earth. I have watched, sometimes very close, artillery shells detonate on the earth - those would be nothing compared to volcano produced meteorites. There are also poisonous gas clouds and ash beyond the ability to deal with like after Mount Saint Helens. What if there was a huge lake here when that happened?

I have been nearby for one explosion, Mount Saint Helens, Washington, United States. By airplane I have seen many and lived within sight of Mount Shasta and Lassen. There are three around here where I live that are supposed to be extinct. The lava of their activity coats this whole area and is in the foundation of my house.

New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Washington, California, Oregon are full of volcanoes with the greatest number in New Mexico. Go there and the more recent geological sculpting of the land by volcanoes is readily visible but we have that in Utah too. If the volcanoes erupted, maybe that is how some of these civilizations disappeared.

Destruction 8
Bonampak - Mayan mural, a fresco. The great artists will leave behind pictures of what life was like in the tombs, or buildings we might think are tombs. Life will go on in the future. The question is, since nature and the universe present enough destruction, shouldn't we add this information to our knowledge and taught theories so we don't have to circle through decline and advancement all over again? My back sometimes kills me from the school of hard knocks of rebuilding civilization. I bet yours does too.

We must remain positive and in the light to put up with the negative things, the death that exists because of our mortality. We should always stand for life, the sanctity of life - can we? Has humanity stood for life in the past? Did the ancients uncover ancient civilizations before them? There findings destroyed when they fell?

Live an learn.
Destruction 9
Build and rebuild.

Thanks for reading Steemians and I would appreciate your comments. They just might end up in the conclusion I am working on while I work on this.

Civilization mimics those who are in it, make it. It is a great circle of like a phoenix of birth and rebirth. We study the Mayans, Inca, Aztec, and Anasazi and know that much is true.

As good word ears stroking.
And warm glance warms the soul,
It's like rain plantlets happy,
As the first snow,forest rejoicing.
When the word beats a living soul.
When look solid as basalt.
It's like snow in September on the grass.
It's like rain on asphalt!
