Hell yeah! It's week four and we are seeing some beautiful growth here! Some of the sweet potato slips are about 3-4 inches tall now.
The two slips I had rescued from the rotting sweet potato were looking pale. Without the mother sweet potato to provide a food source for these little slips, I decided to move them into some soil. So hopefully they will start looking better in a few days.
Aside from that, everything is looking good! I'm confident things will continue along smoothly as planned.

Woohoo for sweet potatoes! I just love them, unfortunately I am the only one that does, otherwise we would be growing them too. Good job!
Haha I'm in the same situation. But I also love the process of growing them too. More green thumb practice if anything.
