Haunted Places Of Kolkata

Kolkata is known as City of Palaces, beside being a City of Joy. Till 1911, it was the capital of India under the British rule. Many administrative buildings were constructed during British Rule. Most of those buildings are part of the spooky tales. Beside that, City has a charm and bohemian-ness which is even preferable for the ghosts! There is no dearth of haunted houses here. The list contains some famous administrative places to famous landmarks of Kolkata, from old Palace to famous Bridge! The spooky stories regarding these places spread by word-of-mouth! We have no idea who is the first one to experience the spookiness!

Old Radio Station (Behind St. John's Church)

Behind St. John's Church(image above), there was the old Radio Station. A musician died there. The story is that, when some people had gone through that location, they could still hear him playing piano, though that radio station has ceased to exist!

Rabindra Sarobar Metro Station

Many suicides took place at this metro station. Once a train driver had seen someone running on the track, but suddenly vanished away! Though Metro Authorities have cancelled out the story of the driver, many people still believe about the existence of ghosts there!
