The daily life of a coastal resident - MyPictureDay Submission
Hi everyone, how are you this week? Hopefully keep a good activity and full of passion!
This is my entry for #mypictureday challenge #photography by @timsaid this week. This is the daily life of a coastal resident in Lhokseumawe, Aceh, working to find shells in rivers as water conditions begin to recede, and some other coastal communities choose to work as fishermen.
In the activities of coastal people looking for the shell, I shot one of them as a photo object of a woman who worked hard to meet her economic needs by choosing shells in the river.
Although the price of shellfish sold is not very satisfactory, but the result of this work has become a tradition for coastal residents in daily activities.
The work of looking for shellfish in the river is done daily by coastal populations during the daytime until late afternoon, which is done by women, men, and also children.

Portrait of women's life looking for sustenance in the river. I've seen some women looking for shells in a river near the Loskala bridge, Lhokseumawe. The mussels were then sold for groceries. Their spirit should be our example in meeting the needs of the economy.
Thanks @zikmaulana. Good luck!
