Fallen Angel - MyPictureDay Submission
Hello Steemians here is my second entry for #MyPictureDay challenge by @timsaid
Here's an old holy water angel statue with broken wings and just discarded on the side of the church. The other one has been chopped off by who know's what. Maybe some vandals with nothing to do at night.
Fallen from grace used to welcome people with holy water at the entrance of the chuch. Now rain water fills the shell instead and is left to crumble away.
Somehow this statue reminds me of the movie "Interview with the Vampire".
Here are the rest of the saints also slowly crumbling away, abandoned and just left with just the memory of glorified days.
