Windy watchtower on the marshlands - MyPictureDay submission

A few days ago I decided to go for a bike tour when I stumbled on this lone watchtower called the "Rietnest" (Reednest) overlooking a little bird preservation in the briny marshlands named the Zwaanhoek (Swancorner) on the coast of Belgium.

Walking up on the tower I saw it's mainly the home for hibernating geese, mallards but also seagulls because it's so close to the coast.

The weather was very windy but also very clear and sunny. A nice inbetween before the autumn rains.
