Schnell zum Biosupermarkt, in diesem Falle war es Denn‘s und einen Smoothie geschnappt, so wie noch andere Leckereien! Und siehe da Maca, Chia, Chlorella war auch da...!!!!

Chlorella eine unterschätzte Mikroalge...chlorella has more power than you think!

Chlorella – Die Mikroalge

Das Wort Chlorella stammt aus dem lateinischen und bedeutet so viel wie "kleines, junges Grün".
Der bekannteste Vertreter der Süsswasseralge Chlorella ist die Chlorella vulgaris.

Früher unterschied man diese von der Chlorella pyrenoidosa. Im Jahr 1992 jedoch hat sich bereits gezeigt, dass es Chlorella pyrenoidosa als Art nicht gibt. Unter dem inzwischen veralteten Begriff wurden seinerzeit lediglich Arten und Stämme ganz verschiedener Algengruppen zusammengefasst, die bei näherer Betrachtung nicht einmal alle zur Chlorella-Familie gehörten.

Chlorella-Algen verfügen – im Gegensatz zur Spirulina und AFA-Alge – über einen Zellkern, der sie als Mikroalge auszeichnet.

Chlorella - the micro algae
The name Chlorella is from the Latin and means something like "small, young green". The most famous representative of the freshwater alga Chlorella vulgaris is the Chlorella.

Obwohl man sie mit blossem Auge garnicht sieht. Sie verfügen über unvorstellbare Kräfte, die ihnen das Überleben seit mehr als zwei Millionen Jahren mindestens ermöglichen.

Klar gibt es genau deshalb auch wieder eine Vielzahl an wissenschaftlichen Studien ...wie immer...der Mensch nimmt gern alles auseinander und ins Detail, somit kann man auch wie immer alles mit Fakten belegen.....zumindest bis zum nächsten grandiosen wissenschaftlichen Report, wo dann noch gesündere SuperFoods angepriesen werden...! (Leute esst einfach genug und ausgewogen!!!! Sonst hilft auch kein chlorella!)

Aufgebrochene Zellwände bieten keine merklichen Vorteile
Die Zellwand der Chlorella-Alge setzt sich aus drei Schichten zusammen und einst glaubte man, dass genau und exakt diese vom menschlichen Organismus nicht verdaut werden könnten.
