Yesterday, finally had some time to go check out the Christmas decorations at Orchard Road. I started at Tanglin mall which isn’t the most crowded and even before the main arch at the junction of Orchard Road and Scotts Road but it’s a place I have passed by often going to and and from night classes. Seeing the lights from the bus, I had to go check this out.

昨天，终于有时间去看看乌节路的圣诞装饰品。我开始在东陵坊。这里非最拥挤的，甚至还在乌节路和史各士路交界处的主拱门之前，但它是我去夜校搭公车常经过的时看到那里的灯光。我不得不去看看。

The Christmas tree is tall. So tall that I excluded the crowd below and still get a decent size tree in this picture.

圣诞树很高。高得让我不拍下面的人群之时也能拍出在这张照片中得到一个看来不算小的树。

There was still quite a bit of people there with kids don on swimming. I think because of the snow machine I saw under the tree.

那里还有不少人和孩子。有些小朋友甚至穿起泳装。我想那是因为我在树下看到两台造雪机。

I started walking towards the rest of Orchard Road and this is the starting part where the street is decorated.
