@joelagbo Your picks are cool though but permit me to make one or two comments on the matter because as it stands I cannot participate in the contest
Round of 16 till the finals MUST ALWAYS have a winner. There can be no tie or draw.
Left to me Uruguay has more chances of winning Portugal
But I just went through the contest post and observed that it is the final score at full time.
Brazil vs Mexico is going to be a very tough but exciting match because both teams have being playing really well it may possibly lead to an extra time battle if care isn't taken..
Belgium would win Japan by more than 1 goal margin because by then their players (hazard, mertens, Lukaku, witsel, de brunye) are well rested and will be ready to play
France should be able to dominate the midfield more than Argentina but allowing Messi get hold of lose balls might be their greatest undoing...

Those are very tactical points, but however, judging from what happened in the group stage, you'd understand that no team should be underrated, had Argentina not scored in the final minutes, they'd have been out of the world cup, they played poorly, and I don't think that would change, Japan will give Belgium a run for their points, hence it won't be that easy as you think.
This is round of 16, and this is football, no team is here to joke, and anything can happen.
