A Fishing Trip with my Son.
I’ve just been going over and reading post in the @myhuntingfishing and enjoying all the great enteries. One that I found, that was written by @nickbuha got me thinking about time I spent with my dad and grandfathers hunting and fishing but also time I have spent with my step son as well.
I would like to share a few pictures of a fishing trip we took awhile back. We did some fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo in southern Missouri. This was my step sons first time to fish for trout and to fly fish. I must say that he is a natural!
And here is me catching few also......
We had a great time and hopefully get to go again sometime. But currently we can’t, my step son had an accident not too long ago and is payed up for awhile. He will be fine just having to take some time off to heal. If you would like to know more about it and to help him out here is a link .

You should definitely learn to fish! And remember it’s not the number or size of the fish you catch but the experience of getting out and enjoying nature.

Any kind of fishing is great! Especially when done with your family. For me something extra special in fly fishing!
