Big Omilu - Hilo Hawaii

I went fishing on the East side of the Big Island yesterday. I rarely get to fish on the East side any more but I went with my friend.

We picked up a 5 pound Omilu (Trevally) off one of our dunking poles. We fished on the the Hilo Break Wall and this guy came up after about an hours wait.

We spend most of our time on the Kona Coast but some friend invited us to the other side of the island.

We used to have a business and a house on the Hilo side but sold it 8 years ago, so this was a return home.

We were greeted by a screaming reel and a nice fish.
