Pipe Fish - Big Island Hawaii

Check out this Pipe Fish that followed my lure all the way to the rocks. I hate catching these guys because they are super slimy and that slime gets all over you.

However...

... I saw a video where a street food vendor in Japan made sashimi from a Pipe Fish. The vendor cleaned off the slime with boiling water.

I don't know if I am going to try that.
