Cooking the Wahanui from the other day - Big Island Hawaii

This is a picture of the Wahanui I caught the other day just before it was ready to throw in the pan. I lightly sprinkled salt and pepper on the fish.

I pan fried it with garlic butter and ate it right away with a salad and hot rice.
