Yes, it is easy to buy VIVA coins with Steem or SBD or ETH or BTC or even Mexican Pesos. I have done all of these trades on TradeQwik. Once you have VIVA coins you can purchase VIVA Crowns if you choose. Lots on info on VIVA project here on Steemit. Check my blog for a lot of resteems!
