ျမန္​မာအစားအစာကို ငယ္​ငယ္​ကတည္​းက ႏွစ္​သက္​တာခင္​ဗ် မနက္​မိုးလင္​p ဆို သားဘာစားမလည္​းသားလို႔အ​ေမအျမဲတမ္​း​ေမးတယ္​ခင္​ဗ် ​​​အ ​ေမ​ေမးတိုင္​း ပဲျပဳတ္​ထမင္​း ဆီစမ္​း,ေကာက္​ညႇင္​း​ေပါင္​း​စားမယ္​​ေမ့လို႔ ​ေျဖလိုက္​တယ္​ ငါးပိ​ေၾကာ္​​ေလးက ပါ​ေသးတယ္​ ​
I like Myanmar food since young and young.My mother always asked what to eat every morning.I always answered Hta Min Se San and Kaut Nyinn Paung.Balachong gives more.

ျမန္​႔မာအစားစာဆို ကုန္​ႀကိဳက္​တယ္​ အဲ့မို႔ ဘုရားပြဲ​ေတာ္​​ေတြ​ေရာက္​တိုင္​း ရြာကိုျပန္​ခ်င္​တယ္​
ဘုရားပြဲ​ေရာက္​ရင္​ ျမန္​မာအစားစာ အဝစားရတယ္​
I like Myanmar food so I wanted to come back to my village because I am eaten more food during festival.

တစ္​ခ်ိဳ႕​သူ​ေတြဆို ႏိုင္​ငံျခားမွာ သြား​ေရာက္​စီးပြား႐ွာ​ေနထိုင္​ၾကတယ္​ ျမန္​မာ့အစားစာနဲ႔​ေဝး သြားp ​ေလ ျမန္​မာႏိုင္​ငံ​ေကာ​ေရာက္​​ေကာ ​အ​ေမ ခ်က္​​ေကြၽး တယ္​့ျမန္​မာ့အစားစာ​ေတြ မုန္​႔​ေတြကို လႊမ္​း​ေနတာ​ေျပာp စားၾကတာ အ​ေမက လည္​းပီတိ ျဖစ္​ ၾကည္​ႏူးစရာ​ေကာင္​းလြန္​းပါတယ္​
Some people were living in the abroad so they do not eat myanmar food.Therefore they reached Myanmar country ,they eat myanmar food.They told that we missed this food.At the time, their mothers are ecstasy.

Mote Phat Htoke(မုန္​႔ဖက္​ထုပ္​)

Kaut Nyinn Paung(​ေကာက္​ညႇင္​း​ေပါင္​း)

Mote Se Kyaw(မုန္​႔ဆီ​ေၾကာ္​)

ျမန္​မာ့အစားက စားလို႔ပင္​​ေကာင္​းတာမဟုတ္​ဘူး ​ေသခ်ာ​ေတြးၾကည္​့ရင္​ အတုပါယူစရာ​ေလးပါ
I think Myanmar food that it either good food or emulation.

မုန္​႔ဟင္​းခါး ခ်က္​​ေတာ့မယ္​​ဆိုရင္​ မုန္​႔ဖတ္​,ငွက္​​ေပ်ာအူ,ပဲ​ေၾကာ္​,ၾကက္​ဥ,ၾကက္​သြန္​နီ,နံနံပင္​ ​တို႔လိုအပ္​ပါတယ္​ တစ္​​ခုခ်င္​းစီမွာ​ေကာင္​းတယ္​့အရာ​ေလး​ေတြ႐ွိပါတယ္​ ဒါမယ္​့မ​ေပၚလႊင္​ဘူး​ေလ ​အားလံုး​ေပါင္​း လိုက္​မွ ​စားခ်င္​စရာ​ေကာင္​းတယ္​့ မုန္​႔ဟင္​းခါးျဖစ္​လာတယ္​
Mote Hin Khar includes Mote Phat,onion,egg,cilantro.Each have good things but it is not apparent.It is a toothsome Mohinka if they are mixed.
အဲ့လိုဘဲ လူတစ္​​ေယာက္ဟာ သီလ,သမာဓိ,ပညာ တစ္​ခုခ်င္​း စီ ႐ွိတာမဟုတ္​ဘဲ အားလံုး႐ွိမယ္​ဆို အ​ေကာင္​းဆံုးလူ တစ္​​ေယာက္​ ျဖစ္​ ႏိုင္​တယ္​လို႔ ​ေတြးမိပါတယ္​
At the same way, one person has amour propre,concentration,education.I think that this person is perfect.
