Shan- Kayah traditional food ... ရွမ္းကယား ႐ိုးရာအစားအစာ
Yesterday I went to Loikaw , Capital of Kayah State. There, I bought some famous Kayah sausage.
Then I bought Shan pickled pork rice and cripsy fried pork skin from Nong Mon.
So this morning I have Pickled pork rice and spicy Kayah sausage with garlics and coriander leaves, which are very good for health.
My breakfast is delicious and healthy traditional meal
မေန႔က ကယားျပည္နယ္ရဲ႕ ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္ လြိဳင္ေကာ္ၿမိဳ႕ သြားလည္ေတာ့ နံမည္ႀကီး ကယားဝက္အူေခ်ာင္း ဝယ္ခဲ့တာနဲ႔ .. အျပန္မွာ ေနာင္မြန္ဖက္ကျပန္လာေတာ့ ေနာင္မြန္ ရွမ္းဝက္သားခ်ဥ္ နဲ႔ ဝက္ေခါက္ ဝယ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္ ..
ခုမနက္စာ .. ရွမ္းကယား ခ်စ္ၾကည္ေရး အျဖစ္ .. ရွမ္းဝက္သားခ်ဥ္ ဝက္ေခါက္ နဲ႔ မခ့္ခာတ္မႈန္႔ နဲ႔ ျငဳတ္သီးမႈန္႔ စပ္ရွိန္းရွိန္း ေမႊးေမႊးေလး ျဖဴးထားတဲ့ နံမည္ေက်ာ္ ကယားဝက္အူေခ်ာင္း ကို .. က်န္းမာေရးအတြက္ ေကာင္းလွတဲ့ .. ဂ်ဴးျမစ္ ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ နံနံပင္ေလးနဲ႔ တြဲဖက္ စားလိုက္ေတာ့ .. အာဟာရျပည့္ဝၿပီး အရသာရွိလွတဲ့ ရွမ္း ကယား ရိုးရာ မနက္စာေလးပါ ရွင္ ..
အမေရ မုန္႕ေလးေတြအျပင္ အမ ဘယ္လိုသြားခဲ့ရတယ္။ ဘာေတြျမင္ေတြ႕ခဲ့တယ္။ လူမ်ိဳးမ်ားအေၾကာင္းေလးေတြ စိတ္ခံစားမႈေလးေတြကို ေရးမယ္ဆိုရင္ အမ်ားၾကီးရပါမယ္အမေရးရတာ။ ဖတ္ရသူလဲ ပိုပီး စိတ္ဝင္စားသလို သူ႕အတြက္ ဗဟုသုတတစ္ခုခုရသြားပါမယ္ဗ် ကယား ျပည္နယ္ႏွင့္ပက္သတ္ပီးေတာ့။ ဆရာၾကီးလုပ္တာမဟုတ္ရပါေနာ္အမ။ တတ္သိသေလာက္ေလး အၾကံေပးရံုပါ။
ေရးမွာပါ .. ျပန္ေရာက္ေရာက္ခ်င္းမို့ အခ်ိန္မရ ေသးလို့ ကမန္းကတမ္း တင္လိုက္တာပါ .. အၾကံေကာင္းေလးေပးတာေက်းဇူးပါေနာ္ ..
