Unity is very important for any group.I mean that group is a family; a company; and other teams.For instance; there are five people in the family.Every family members have to discuss each other for any problems.Strength for group is team work.
Team work is necessary for every group.Success for team works is depended on leaders.Every leaders must have professional leading skills.Leading skill is guideness for members.A father is a leader for a family.
If a father's guidness is good; this family is good.Rules and guidness is very important for a team.Members of the team have to respect and do as the team rules.Leaders are same as members.Leaders can give opportunites and places for members.Forgiveness is the most important facts.The improvement of a team is regarded as leaders and members.So everybody in a team must unite with each other.
