A memorable experience
Today, I would like to share steemian about my experience.
2015, I was assign to Jade Land of Myanmar,Kachin State. My department is Tuberculosis Treatement Center of Kachin State. It is a Jade land so many of migrant worker are come everywhere from Myanmar and working on Jade Mining Site.So it is no wonder for crowded.
Workers are various standard, they do not have time to take care themselves. So they do not realize when they get TB. Our center staff are often make mobile clinic for them and see the TB patient. And we can search 300 drug sensitive TB and 40 drug resistant TB in a quarter.Some patient take care to get cure and some are not. So MDR is high.
Our health staffs give counselling to patient before MDR treatment. It is plenty of side-effect.
One day, it is noisy from the reception. A patient blaiming our nurse for he got deaf.It is pain in our heart. But this is a side-effect of MDR treatement.
We regularly hear some got deaf, some got sight problem,...
My conclution, if you see your family,your environment, someone you know get TB it is important to protect from drug resistant TB.
It is easy, only obey your doctor.

If you ever work for NGO , you may have tons of experiences to share about Myanmar ethnic groups. Your writing skill is good enough to attract the global steemian. Add some interesting photos of your own ( related to your work ) , share more valuable information to others. And also make some friends in myanmar steemit community and get attention. Thank you Sayar! I am ever thank you for your encouraging. I have to write about ethnic group.But I think it need little research.So I am saving the fact about it to witting down.
