What is a leader?
A leader is a person who rules, guides, or inspires others.
"Leadership" is the art of getting someone else to do something you want to be done because he wants to do it.

What is leadership about?
Leadership is to inspire and help people to work towards a goal. And he can be shared.

Common misconceptions about leadership are:

1. There is only one style of leadership.
2. A leader is born, not developed.

Behavioral theory

1. Leaders can be made, rather than are
   born.
2. Successful leadership is based on definable, learnable behaviour.
3. Leadership quality don't consider inborn traits.
4. Leadership capability can be learned.
5. This theory opens the floodgates to leadership development.

4. What strengths and weaknesses do i
   bring?

6. How can i made space for others?

I wish everyone would act as a leader not a boss. Mostly, people hate the style of boss.
