Rohingya's Will Return Home - Agreement Made
Hundreds of thousands of Rohingya refugees will come back to their homes within two years under an agreement made by Burma and Bangladesh. An ethnic cleansing by the Burmese military in last August forced more than 650,000 ethnic Rohingya Muslims to take shelter in Bangladesh.
Burma (also known as Myanmar) is in deal with Bangladesh to take these refugees back despite of mass rape, murder and the torching of villages. Burmese social welfare and resettlement minister claimed that first group of refugees will return to Burma on January 23.

Burma is constructing 124-acre Hla Po Khaung camp, which can host 30,000 in 625 buildings. The UN refugee agency is also willing to contribute in this process, but dependent on Burmese government permission.
Regarding IDP (Internally Displaced Person) camps, Rohingyas lack faith in protection during this whole process. This is because in 2012, 100,000 Rohingya who were displaced by ethnic unrest were not treated well in such camps established near Rakhine’s state capital Sittwe.
