Companies Facing Employment Issues

Hello friends,
What time frame we all are going through today.
I see Hiring signs everywhere I go. Are we truly hiring? Yes they all are.
All the recruitment centers are loaded with opportunities opportunities opportunities

Than we have weather that can change and bring more anxieties to the growing economy. And we see that people who have no way of transportation rather than depend on the government transportation services, they are banded.

Now what? I have seen companies that are monitoring the system mandatory from top management and putting more rules and regulations.

And management requesting the guest to have patience and thank the workers to help and come to work.

Such a transit. There was a time ⏲ when people wanted to go to work. The companies were hiring periodically and choosing the best candidate. Now every candidate seems to have the same level. Experience doesn't count.

How can we change all this way and when will it be over? Questions are many, Get me the answers please 🙏
