Thanks for sharing that, Sharon. I've read bits and pieces about your transformation. This really ties it together, with such a powerful motivation. I've always appreciated your direct approach that focuses on the practical. I'm glad both of you are still there for each other and doing well.

Thank you. Obesity is a terrible burden and I am so sorry that our kids get the brunt of it. I try hard not to sugarcoat the issues because so many other people do. This was hard to write but I'm glad I got it done and posted. Thank you so much for your support. It means a lot to me :)
