Anyone that hates other race for no reason is a racist. A person becomes a racist when he/she thinks that he/she or people that are same race with him/her are better than every other race out there. Such feeling usually create a superiority complex in such a person and makes him/her look down on other races.

Racism starts with a person's perception of other races. The moment a person starts thinking that his/her race is superior, that's the moment the person becomes a racist. Most racist are only acting out their perception of others. Parents also play a role in determining their kids view of other races. A racist parent will most likely raise a racist kid.
