I would rather advocate and vehemently too , that the best remedy for hang over is ABSTINENCE!! Stay out of "booze". Better still be a teetotaller, drinking only non alcoholics! Hangover will not only be kept at bay, Health will receive a boost!!

I am drunk always by liters of EVA table water though. 😄😄
