How Does One Get A Steem Delegation These Days?

Seems like we're back to the wild wild west days of Steem and everything goes. Is there a marketplace like SmartSteem anymore or is it all via backchannels?

Not sure this new Steem is for the best in the long term or not but i can see a big use-case for it and it isn't exactly a pretty or even legal one. Hint, think Ozark.

Anyway, scorum is back to almost 1c in value and Wagerr is now at 2c... damn. I should have invested in the BAT ICO instead.
