Why does Musing give small upvote to questions and larger to answers?

It’s pretty simple really. Musing is somewhat like Quora where people come to ask questions because they want answers. For example, you asked this question because you wanted to know the reason 😁. On the other hand those who take time out of their life to help answer the question you have are putting much more effort with the answer than it would take for them to make a question. This is why musing doesn’t upvote questions as much as larger answers. I would totally be in favor of musing not upvoting questions at all but there needs to be some incentive for people to make questions, and in this case is it an upvote.
