Who is the most powerful person? Well before that I'm telling that I'm not a citizen of that country where the person is living. Even I'm not personally influenced by him. He is already accepted by 95% countries if the World. All the news medias have featuring him for couple of years as "THE MOST POWERFUL MAN IN THE WORLD". And he is

 Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin 

The most powerful, influential, charismatic, dominating, intelligent, brave, skillful and a person who has most of the good qualities to be the most powerful person in this world is the Russian President  Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. 

None can deny that this man is the re-creator Russia. When he was not the president of Russia to maintain the constitution and Mr. Dimitri Medvedev was the president even that time he was the most influential person upon the president.

If you read about him then you will know that he served in KGB as a foreign intelligence office for 16 years and his performance was so distinguishing that her achieved quick promotions and become Lieutenant Colonel. He then resigned and entered in to politics and no sooner he moved to Moscow and start working in president Boris Yeltsin's administration. Again his performance was so well that makes him rising quickly through the ranks and he become President in charge on 31st December 1999, when Yeltsin resigned. Then he won the election and become the elected president of Russia. This year he has become the president of Russia for 4th term. 

His leadership is already proven and Russia is again one of the most powerful country in the world and regain the domination all over. He is so powerful that US opposition parties are often claiming his influence in last US president election. When the whole world was against Syria's president Bashar Al-Asad. Vladimir Putin supported him and controlled the situation on favor of Bashar Al-Asad and whole world had nothing to do but mourning.

I think none is comparable with him. And he is the Most Powerful person "Vladimir Putin".
