Do workout daily, avoid sitting for more than 30 minutes, take small frequent meal, eat your dinner early , improve your sitting posture and sleep for atleast 8 hours a day, you started feeling the difference,

to reduce belly fat you have to workout and diet which you allready know.. but only workout that repeatedly flexes your solar plexus and belly muscles will burn out more fat than doing allbody workouts.. I was an obese with 31 BMI. I reduced it by 5 in last 6 months and the most workout sets I have done are crunch and situp.. and followed a diet of reduced sugar and high fiber carbs. helped me a lot.

Take dinner before 3 hours of sleep :) And have a balanced diet in the day.

Its necessary to burn our daily calory otherwise that will turn into fat. Most of the people take their food and go to sleep at night. But this is very bad for our body. In this way, you are just increasing fat in your body. Doctor suggest that don't eat food just before you are going to sleep. Take your food at least 2 hours before going to sleep. So,to reduce your belly fat you have to make a proper routine to follow.
