Everything  that exists in our world and beyond, is some form of energy. People, animals, objects, planets, and   everything else we are surrounded by is energy of some sort. Frequencies and vibrations.  Everything in the entire Universe moves and vibrates at some frequency. Everything aound us, ourselves included, is vibrating at one speed or another. Nothing rests.

For that reason I have always believed that, as the physics law  of Conversation of energy states that: 

"Energy can't be created out of nothing, nor can it dissapear into nothingness, it can only change from one form into another." 

 So, there is no chance that something can be created from nothing. It may appear so at first, but it's surely isn't. It's energy changing form at some level we  just can't comprehend yet.

Why is it so hard to understand? 

Because people have a hard time handling the fact that their shoe is energy. The most abstract thing, that you wouldnever consider to be a form of energy, is exactly that.  It might sound as a ridiculous claim but take anything you want for an example and get it down to a   sub-atomic level. 

Do you know what you will find there?

Not matter, but pure energy.
