There is no set amount of upvotes fixed for answering or asking questions . If musing curetors thinks an answer or question has value then they upvote it with upvote percentage as they see fit.. There are no earning opportunities here, its not a place to earn. its just a reward system that provides reward acfording to your contribution. so while you stay here stop thinking about earning or anything. put your effort in building up our community and moderators will reward you when they see your effort..

agree with what the person said concerning the question you asked,let me also state that i myself
do feel that planning on how much to earn on musing.io is a wrong approach because the
major priority that anyone should have on musing is how their contributions to the platform would
make the platform become one of the best platform on the steem blockchain,the
contributions can be in form of asking good
questions or giving good answers that people can learn from and someone can also delegate their
