Initially when i came new into the cryptocurrency world, I got to check the coinmarketcap almost every hour. But after some months, when the price of coins never moved and nothing new was coming up i had to reduce to checking it once in 2 weeks. After a while too, when I saw that my coins which I invested in were going down drastically, I felt like there was no need checking the market cap at all. But now I've repented. I can now check the coinmarketcap at least once in a week.
