Teachers can use different strategies for teaching purpose. When teacher teaches the students of small kids she will use politely word and tells students to speak after them. But when teacher teaches students of 6-10 she will explain them in mother tongue as well as in English so people can understand properly.

But in mostly college teaches uses projector to teach students because college students are being treated to explain from books only and so teaches uses projector to explain the topic instead of referring books. In this method teaches saves his time and also it covers the syllabus and also students give concentration on projector and they understand properly.

There are various learning strategy methods, for example Bacakilat, Mind Mapping or Memory Techniques.

1. The Bacakilat method

The Bacakilat method is a learning system, consisting of 3 simple steps in learning, namely Reading Purpose, Bacakilat, and Manual Activation. Reading goals are useful to determine the targets to be achieved by students. Bacakilat is a step (the only) entering information into the subconscious mind, where the subconscious mind plays 88% of our lives. Manual activation is a step to make the conscious mind understand the lesson. All of these steps are a series of strategies to strengthen our understanding in reading. This learning strategy or method is a combination of various reading techniques and the most effective memory technique in the world. The approach to learning Bacakilat is very different from other ways of learning.

2. MIND MAPPING

Mind Mapping is a way of learning with the optimization approach of the left and right brain simultaneously. This first learning strategy method was created by Tony Buzan because it was inspired by the roots of the tree. The working principle of this learning method is very simple, based on the principle of the left brain and right brain. The Left Brain is a part that tends to relate to analysis, numbers, logic, detail. While the right brain is part of creativity, imagination, big picture, conceptual. In the learning process we tend to use our memory, after understanding the subject matter. Memory is very closely related to the right brain so learning to use the right brain dominant will feel fun, fun and easy to remember.

3. MEMORY TECHNIQUES

If we have to deal with memorization, the brain immediately feels lazy. To make memorizing easy and fun, you can use this learning strategy. Memory technique learning methods use the right-brain dominant approach. There are several learning models of memory techniques including location techniques, play techniques, donkey bridge techniques.

Following the chosen learning approach, you can apply it to your students.

1. CONTEXTUAL

Contextual approach is a learning approach that positions students as actors. Students experience their own activities in their environment. In this learning approach the teacher demands to create creative learning strategies to teach students, but teach or empower students. In Class, the teacher's role in helping students achieve their goals. The teacher focuses more on giving information, managing the class into a team, and finding new things for the class. Students can learn to find knowledge on their own, not only from the words of the teacher.

2. CONSTRUCTIVISM.

The Constructivism Approach That this learning approach has a basic thinking similar to the contextual learning approach but the difference lies in students being given more frequent knowledge stimuli. This approach can help students absorb knowledge actively from previous learning processes and new learning.

3. DEDUCTIVE - INDUCTIVE

Deductive Approach - Inductive is a different approach but mutually supportive. Deductive approach is characterized by an explanation of concepts, definitions, and terms at the beginning of learning. Deductive approaches are based on the idea that the learning process will take place well. Then followed by an inductive approach that uses detailed data or information to build concepts or provide understanding to students. With this approach, students can understand lessons from big to specific.

These three approaches can be used by teachers to create an atmosphere of learning that is more effective and efficient.
