According to the American Psychological Association (APA) 5 there are five methods for managing stress.

Take a break from the causes of stress, keep yourself away from the causes of stress for about 20 minutes. During this time, you can help yourself to be more calm perhaps by listening to music, drinking tea, or just taking a walk. It is very efficient to refresh your thinking about what you are doing, maybe you are working on an application development but you do not have the idea to develop what it is like, you can walk around and find new ideas from around you.

Sports, research shows that exercising can provide long-term benefits to the body such as health. But in addition to health it turns out that with sports such as swimming, walking, or walking for 20 minutes can provide immediate effects such as calm for your body for the next few hours.

But there are other ways that can make us more calm, that is by drawing closer to the Almighty God (usually Muslims use the method of "prayer"), because by getting closer to the creator we will come to realize what human nature was created.
