I think it's good to be an outdoor person as it is healthy. I am a partially outdoorsy person as I think there needs to be a balance in everything in our life to let us stay healthy mentally and physically. Mental health is important. Outdoor activities can boost mental health to a degree by adding a different variation in the things we do in life.
Do you think that a person needs a balance between inside and out, or one or the other?
