If you are brand new to yoga, there are certain postures that are essential for you to learn so you can feel comfortable in a class or practicing on your own at home.
1)Mountain Pose
2)Downward Facing Dog
3)Plank
4)Triangle
5)tree
6)Warrior 1
7)Warrior 2
8)Seated Forward Bend
9)Bridge Pose
10)Child’s Pose
According to me all this type of yoga if done daily one can have a fit body and can have slim body as well and this are the basic steps of yoga
