As I explained in the previous discourse, most people begin to walk the spiritual path in a conscious way when they find some kind of spiritual or religious teaching. People have a revival or conversion experience, and now they join a religious or spiritual organization or maybe politics or charity. As the experience of resurrection is always the result of yearning for something more, the desire to understand, the meaning that there must be answers to life's questions. As I explained earlier, this longing even though it can cause pain or a sense of loneliness and emptiness - is a safety mechanism that prevents you from being completely lost in the awareness of duality. This is what we call truth seeking, and that is the driving force behind all spiritual growth.

An important point to understand is that the main purpose of your ego is to prevent you from awakening with a higher sense of identity as a spiritual being. Thus, he will do everything in his power to get you to ignore or reject the search for truth. As I have explained, this can be achieved only temporarily, and finally the search for truth will reappear. But even then, your ego will not give up. In fact, the ego will take spiritual or religious teachings that function as an external tool for your resurrection, and will try to use it to neutralize your quest for truth. This discourse will expose some methods that use the ego to achieve goals that constantly try to ensure that your latest steps have taken the spiritual path to be the last step you have ever taken.

A futile dream of safety is guaranteed

As explained in the previous discourse, the truth of one of Christ's thoughts above and beyond the dualistic many truths created by the anti-christ mind. Thus, the essence of your search for truth is the desire to experience directly from the source of truth, the Spirit of Truth. This is an experience that is the truth that will make you free from ego. There is no man-made, dualistic belief system can do this for you.
