Is your child a vegetable hater? So try smart and easy ways to tuck high nutritious food on the food. And remember to consistently give him vegetables every day, even if he doesn't eat them. You will be surprised when he finally eats it!

1. Be a good role model. Children see their parents as role models and often imitate what they see. If your child sees you eating vegetables often, he will be more interested in trying to eat them himself.

2. Vary the type and texture. Serve vegetables in any way. - Canned, fresh or frozen vegetables. Each type has a different taste and texture, so when a child will only eat canned beans, another child will choose fresh vegetable stew. Nutritionally, they have almost the same content, with the exception of canned vegetables containing high levels of salt. Rinse if you worry about it. But remember, the focus is on eating vegetables, not worrying about the salt. If your child likes the texture of mashed potatoes, see if he will eat other vegetables that have been ground or mashed.

3. Add decoration or sauce. If adding cheese or butter sauce affects the consumption of vegetables or not, then let your child eat with the sauce! Sometimes watering broccoli or cauliflower with liquid cheese will make the vegetables acceptable. Offer baked potatoes and encourage your child to add some vegetables before decorating them with cheese or sour cream sauce. Children like to dip their food, so encourage them to eat raw vegetables, like prapika of various colors, with their favorite sauce. Pay special attention to children under 2 years, because raw vegetables can make it choke.
