Truly, when engaging with new people, it can prove to be an extremely easy task or absolutely difficult and sometimes it can be neither easy nor difficult. I think this is largely due to the fact that every individual have different temperaments and reacts to things differently.

This is the issue of causality or causal effect as the communication scientists call it. Humans are bound to react or act according to their perception of situations, things, or circumstances so that's why bonding might be easy with some difficult with others and extremely difficult with some.

In engaging new people daily, one must have it in mind that every human is uniquely different and what one See's as normal can be abnormal to the other.

In a nutshell, the reason why relating with new people can be difficult with some, easy with some or extremely difficult with some is that as humans there are equipped with different t temperaments, different thoughts, actions and reactions which informs how they bond with others.
