There is no rule in the married rule book where there is a limit on the number of times couples should have sex daily, weekly or monthly.

The number of times couples should have sex is totally dependent on the couples. As every individual is uniquely different so are their sexual prowess and their libido.

For instance, a couple that enjoys sex and are nymphomaniacs can have sex as much as three times a day or more or three times a week depending on their sexual urge but a couple that just sees sex as a means to an end of recereation can have sex only once in a while.

It os therefore expedient to note that the number of times couple should have sex is totally agreed upon by the couples themselves.

However, experts have vome up wiith a framework that ideally a couple should have sex tiwce or thrice weekly as it boosts mood, reduces tension etc
