Yes ,surely steemit and musing remains active all time because when we writing only blogs to steemit then it is difficult so much to increase the reputation score but instead of that when we give answer of given question in musing from this we can increase the reputation score suddenly.it I totally depend on steemit that it when should time it will active all time of musing.so I am agree with your question .
