In my opinion yeah. Every year cryptocurrency users increase and when new people enter cryptocurrency industry first they buy bitcoin. Countries which suffer from inflation will use bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to get rid of this situation and it will make bitcoin more valuable. Also every year bitcoins's mining difficulty increases and it can cause the price spike.
