I'm from the Federal republic of Nigeria and according to the Nigerian constitution same sex marriage is banned in the first place, and an infringement in this constitutional law attracts a 14 years jail term, without options of fine, just like a few other African countries like Uganda too has banned. So as a result of this ban it makes it even difficult for same sex to be married not to talk of even adopting a child. So there will definitely be no way for an orphanage to adopt a child for two people who are of the same sex because it's not legalised and it's definitely a capital offence should an orphanage make the adoption process work.
My opinion in this issue is that I do not believe I do not believe in the same sex marriage and also abhor adoption by them too, I feel a child expecially a toddler need the care of woman and the joint contribution of a man to be raised properly. It's definitely my opinion and I feel it's morally wrong to legalise this kind of adoption.
