Underrated Masterpiece: Lady Gaga's Joanne

Joanne is Lady Gaga's fifth studio album and was released on October 21, 2016. It is a production of Mark Ronson, BloodPop and Gaga herself as a main. It is a stripped-down, soft rock, dance pop album that is highly inspired by country music. It includes a hit single Million reasons that peaked #4 on Billboard after the massive success of her performance on the Superbowl LI halftime show.

The era started after she released her lead single Perfect Illusion on September 9 that year and peaked #15 on Billboard. It was considered "flop" according to the critics cause it is not that successful if you compare it to her past lead singles like Just Dance, Bad Romance and even Born This Way. The backlash started. The general public didnt liked it and it dropped on the chart. Little Monsters (Lady Gaga Fans) are devastated. They have waited almost 3years after ARTPOP just for a family inspired album.

Gaga showcased her talent in this era. Playing instruments, kick-offed a world Tour even she's suffering from fibromyalgia. The tour was 100% success but cancelled after she injured pain and her doctors wont allow her to finish the said tour.

Lady Gaga is a phenomenal pop star. She can bare anything. This album may not be her best but she poured effort and love for her family and fans.
