in #music7 years ago

Aerosmith is a famous Rock band was formed in 1970, from Boston, Massachusetts, US, none of its members came from there. Three of its members, Steven Tallarico (Tyler), Joe Perry, and Tom Hamilton met in Sunapee, New Hampshire in the late 1960s but have yet to form a band. Tyler is from Yonkers, New York, Perry of Hopedale, Massachusetts, and Hamilton of New London, New Hampshire. In 1970, the three decided to form a band, and moved to Boston, Massachusetts. Joe Perry and Tom Hamilton moved to Boston in September 1970. There they met Joey Kramer, who happened to be from Yonkers, New York, and knew Steven Tallarico (later Tyler). Afterwards they heard Perry and Hamilton play and Kramer agreed to join. Steven Tyler then came to Boston in October 1970 and Aerosmith was born. Ray Tabano originally played rhythm guitar but he was replaced in 1971 by Brad Whitford from Reading, Massachusetts. In addition to the period from July 1979 to April 1984.

History

In 1964, Steven Tyler formed his own band called The Strangeurs - later Chain Reaction - in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, Perry and Hamilton form the Clock Band (commonly known as "Joe Perry Jam Band"), which is based on free-form and blues. Hamilton and Perry moved to Boston, Massachusetts in September. There they met Joey Kramer, a drummer from Yonkers, New York. Kramer knows Tyler and always hopes to play in a band with him. Kramer, a Berklee College of Music student, decided to quit school to join Band Clock. In 1970, Chain Reaction and Band Jam were played at the same show. Tyler immediately liked the sound of Jam Band, and wanted to combine the two bands. In October 1970, the band met again and considered a proposition. Tyler, once a drummer and backup singer at Chain Reaction, flatly refused to play drums in the new band, insisting he would only take part if he could become a frontman and vocalist. The others agreed, and the new Band was born. The band moved into a shared house at 1325 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, where they wrote and practiced shared and relaxing music in between shows.

Aerosmith released their debut album under the label Columbia Records titled "Aerosmith" (1973). Their names began to flutter thanks to a second album titled "Get Your Wings" (1975), followed by "Toys in the Attic" (1975), "Rocks" (1976), "Draw the Line" (1977) and "Night in the Ruts "(1979). But unfortunately in the middle of the promotion of "Night in the Ruts", Joe opted out to establish a new band. His position was replaced by Jimmy Crespo. Aerosmith's career began to fall when the vocalist Steven Tyler took drugs in 1980. This is further exacerbated by the departure of Brad Whitford.

Two years later, Aerosmith re-emerged with the release of the album "Rock in a Hard Place" (1982). Brad's position was replaced by Rick Dufay. While Joe and Brad return to Aerosmith and Jimmy and Rick get out. With the return of the original formation, Aerosmith re-released several albums such as "Hit Down With Mirror" (1985), "Permanent Vacation (1987)", "Pump" (1989) and "Get a Grip" (1993). All these albums were successful by grabbing some platinum. Even for the album "Pump" they managed to sell 6 million copies.

Aerosmith is also more successful thanks to the movie soundtrack back in the movie "Armageddon", "I Do not Miss a Thing" (1998). The song became a champion on the World Chart Top for four consecutive weeks. Another soundtrack is Steven cs "Angel's Eye" for "Charlie's Angels" (2000). Throughout his career, Aerosmith has released a number of hits albums and won several awards including Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group at the 1990 Grammy Award. In addition, all of Aerosmith's albums have sold over 150 million copies.

Despite the success, Aerosmith also buffeted the problem. Steven fell while singing the song "Love in an Elevator" in a concert in America, 2007.

In 2010, the band suffered a setback, and on-again, off-again, a break-up following an accident on stage where Steven Tyler broke a bone, As a result he suffered head, neck and shoulder injuries and had to be hospitalized. After that they resumed concerts to various countries until 2011. They re-released their fifteenth album titled "Music From Another Dimension!" in 2012.
