Woodstock Festival To Repeat Itself In 2019
Good news for all rock music fans out there! The legendary Woodstock music festival will repeat itself in August, 2019, as reported by Campaign Live. The next edition of Woodstock is going to take place on the same historical site as it did before back in 1969.

After nearly 50 years from the initial event that was labeled as 'three days of peace and music', Woodstock festival will provide at least the same interesting experience to its audiences as it will feature a wide variety of artists spanning multiple genres and decades of activity. The brand new addition will probably be represented by TED-like presentations and talks.
The 1969 Woodstock festival registered a record audience of 400,000 people gathering on the site of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in New York to celebrate the joy of music through several representatives of a renowned generation of performers that included Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Who, Jefferson Airplane, and many others.
In 1999, the festival underwent an emulation attempt in the memory of the original edition. During that year, a similar audience of approximately 400,000 people had partaken. The then performing artists included Metallica, Rage Against the Machine, Jamiroquai, or Kid Rock.
