Exhibition of Precious instruments, distinguished figures in La Venaria Reale - La Venaria Reale乐器展
Today I went to visit an exhibition of Music and luthiery between the 17th and 20th centuries in Europe, which is held in the Palace of Venaria, Turin, Italy.
The exhibition illustrates and compares four centuries of luthiery and collections, music and musicians, nobility and patronage. Precious musical instruments that on this ambitious stage move beyond craftsmanship to become genuine works of art.
I saw the Violins, violas, cellos, 5-course guitars, mandolins, lyre-guitar and psalteries from this exhibition, especially, I saw one violin made by Antonio Stradivari in 1770! Maybe you know, most of the existing very expensive violins are normally from the 17th and 18th century made in Italy, and the most famous violins in these expensive violins are made from Antonio Stradivari, who was an Italian luthier and a crafter of string instruments. I hope you can enjoy their beauty!
