Yes not easy but like everything more time & energy you put in better the fruits will grow :D
Still looking for patterns in the way success full posting are made...
This platform isn't about promotion and superficial life like FB or others, Steemit is really about share propers ideas, histories, work, quality written articles to grow... So will need a strategy plan on posting to not over load with un-attracting post that can make followers bored...
On the learning stage :D but lucky with the teaching of my brother #samstonehill so i got already one post reached over 5$, over the 4 posts and 2 resteem i made about 7$ in steem power... Less then a week, its a good start and still sorting proper post strategy...
